Alex Blais is a writer and illustrator in the Pacific Northwest. Her narrative driven illustration work is painted with gouache and watercolor. She has been illustrating for over a decade and has worked on numerous projects, including cover and interior illustrations for Willamette Week. While pursuing higher education, Alex’s college requested to publish her work in their literary magazine. Alex is proud to share her work in several group shows this year. She is currently in university for creative writing and illustration.

Alex lives in Oregon with her husband, who is also named Alex.
